第だい１条じょう　定義ていぎ
本ほん規約きやくにおいて、次つぎの用語ようごはそれぞれに記載きさいする意味いみで使用しようします。

1. 「本ほんサイト」とは、JGRプロジェクトグループ(JGRPG、以下いか同様どうよう)が運営うんえいするウェブサイト「さくら多読たどくラボ」をいいます。

2.「登録者とうろくしゃ」とは本ほん規約きやくにおいて利用りよう規約きやくに同意どういし、利用者りようしゃ登録とうろくを行おこなった者ものをいいます。
登録者とうろくしゃとなった者ものは、JGRPGが本ほんサイトにおいて、または本ほん規約きやくに基もとづき提供ていきょうするコンテンツを利用りようすることができます。

3. 「コンテンツ」とは、本ほんサイトに含ふくまれるすべての文章ぶんしょう、画像がぞう等とうをいいます。

Article 1 Definitions
In the Terms of Use, the terms listed below are used respectively with the following meanings.

1. "The Site" means the website "Sakura Extensive Reading Laboratory" operated by JGR Project Group (hereinafter "JGRPG").

2. "Registrant" means a person who agrees to the terms of use in these Terms of Use and has completed the user registration. A person who has become a registrant can use the contents provided on the Site or based on the Terms of Use by JGRPG.

3. "Contents" means all images, text and so forth contained on the Site.

1. 本ほん規約きやくは、登録者とうろくしゃによる本ほんサイトの利用りように適用てきようされます。

2. 本ほん規約きやくは、本ほんサイトの利用りように関かんする登録者とうろくしゃとJGRPG間かんの合意ごういとなるものであり、登録者とうろくしゃは本ほんサイトを利用りようする場合ばあいは本ほん規約きやくの定さだめに従したがうものとします。

Article 2 Scope of Applications of These Terms of Use

1. The Terms of Use shall apply to the use of the Site by registrants.

2. The Terms of Use shall constitute an agreement between registrants and JGRPG with regard to the use of the Site, and the registrants shall be subject to the Terms of Use when using the Site.

第だい３条じょう　本ほん規約きやくの変更へんこう

1. JGRPGは本ほんサイト上じょうで告知こくちすることにより、登録者とうろくしゃの事前じぜんの承諾しょうだくを得えることなく、いつでも本ほん規約きやくを変更へんこうすることができるものとします。

2. 登録者とうろくしゃは、本ほん規約きやくが変更へんこうされた場合ばあい、変更へんこう日び以後いごの本ほんサイトの利用りようには、変更へんこう後ごの本ほん規約きやくが適用てきようされることに予あらかじめ同意どういするものとします。

Article 3 Amendments to the Terms of Use

1. JGRPG may amend the Terms of Use at any time without obtaining prior approval from the registrants with a notice by JGRPG on the Site.

2. When the Terms of Use have been amended, the registrants shall agree in advance that the amended Terms of Use apply to the use of the Site after the amendment date.

第だい４条じょう　利用者りようしゃ登録とうろくと登録とうろくの解消かいしょう

1. 本ほんサイトの利用りようを希望きぼうする人ひとは、以下いかの５つの項目こうもくを届とどけ出でて利用者りようしゃ登録とうろくを行おこなうものとします。
ニックネーム、パスワード、母語ぼご、居住地きょじゅうち、日本語にほんごレベル

2. 登録とうろく料および利用りよう料りょうは無料むりょうです。

3. JGRPGは、本ほん規約きやくに反はんする利用者りようしゃ登録とうろく、過去かこにJGRPGにより利用者りようしゃ登録とうろくを抹消まっしょうされた者ものによる利用者りようしゃ登録とうろく、その他たJGRPGが不適切と判断はんだんした利用者りようしゃ登録とうろくを拒否きょひもしくは取とり消けすことができるものとします。

4. 登録者とうろくしゃは、登録者とうろくしゃ自身じしんの意思いしにより、いつでも登録とうろくの解消かいしょうが可能かのうです。ただし、第だい６条じょうの3にある情報じょうほうはJGRPGが利用りようできるものとします。

Article 4 User Registration and Cancellation of Registration

1. A person who wishes to use the Site shall make the user registration by submitting the following five items: a nickname, a password, the first language, the place of residence and the level of Japanese language.

2. Fees for registration and use are free of charge.

3. JGRPG may refuse or cancel user registrations of those who violate the Terms of Use, whose user registrations were deleted by JGRPG in the past, or are deemed inappropriate by JGRPG.

4. Registrants can cancel their registration at any time of their own will; however, the information in Article 6-3 may be used by JGRPG.

第だい５条じょう　利用者りようしゃ登録とうろくの抹消まっしょう
登録者とうろくしゃが次つぎに記載きさいする内容ないように該当がいとうした場合ばあい、JGRPGは登録者とうろくしゃに通知つうちをすることなくただちに利用者りようしゃ登録とうろくを抹消まっしょうし、登録者とうろくしゃによる本ほんサイトの利用りようをJGRPGは一切いっさいの責任せきにんを負おうことなく終了しゅうりょうさせることができるものとします。

(1) 第だい7条じょうに定さだめる禁止きんし事項じこうに該当がいとうする行為こういを行った場合ばあい。

(2) その他た、登録者とうろくしゃに利用者りようしゃ登録とうろくを抹消まっしょうすることが適当てきとうである事由じゆうが存在そんざいするとJGRPGが判断はんだんした場合ばあい。

Article 5 Deletion of User Registration
In cases where the following contents apply to registrants, JGRPG may immediately delete user registrations without notice and terminate the use of the Site by the registrants without bearing any responsibilities.

(1) In the case of committing the acts which fall under the prohibited items stipulated in Article 7.

(2) In addition, in cases where JGRPG has judged that there are appropriate reasons for the deletion of the user registration of a registrant.

第だい６条じょう　知的ちてき財産権ざいさんけん

1. 本ほんサイトに含ふくまれる文章ぶんしょうほかすべてのコンテンツに関かんする著作権ちょさくけんその他たの知的ちてき財産権ざいさんけんは、JGRPGまたはその権利者けんりしゃに帰属きぞくします。

2. 登録者とうろくしゃが本ほんサイトのコンテンツを再配布さいはいふ、改変かいへん、修正しゅうせい及および、著作権ちょさくけん、その他たの知的ちてき財産権ざいさんけんを侵害しんがいする行為こういを禁きんじます。

3. 登録者とうろくしゃの読よんだ本ほんの履歴りれき、読書量どくしょりょう、質問しつもんの結果けっか、アンケートの結果けっか、感想かんそうとコメントなどの情報じょうほうは、統計とうけい資料しりょうの作成さくせいや分析ぶんせき、研究けんきゅうを行おこなう目的もくてきに限かぎりJGRPGが無償むしょうで自由じゆうに利用りようすることができるものとします。

Article 6 Intellectual Property Rights

1. Copyrights or other intellectual property rights pertaining to all the contents such as text included on the Site shall belong to JGRPG or the other rights holders.

2. Redistributions, modifications, corrections and acts of violence of copyrights or other intellectual property rights of the contents on the Site by registrants shall be prohibited.

3. Information about the history of all the books the registrants have read, the quantity of reading, results of the questions and questionnaires, reviews, and comments may be freely used by JGRPG free of charge solely for the purpose of the creation, analysis, and study of statistical materials.

第だい７条じょう　禁止きんし事項じこう
登録者とうろくしゃは、以下いかの行為こういを行おこなってはならないものとします。

(1) JGRPGまたは第三者だいさんしゃの著作権ちょさくけん、知的ちてき財産権ざいさんけん、その他たの権利けんりもしくは利益りえきを侵害しんがいする行為こうい、またはそのおそれのある行為こうい

(2) JGRPGまたは第三者だいさんしゃのプライバシーもしくは肖像権しょうぞうけんを侵害しんがいする行為こうい

(3) JGRPGまたは第三者だいさんしゃを脅迫きょうはくし、不当ふとうに差別さべつもしくは誹謗ひぼう中傷ちゅうしょうし、またはその名誉めいよもしくは信用しんようを毀損きそんする行為こうい

(4) 有害ゆうがいなコンピューターウィルスなどを送信そうしん、あるいは書かき込こむ行為こうい、またはネットワーク容量ようりょうに負荷ふかをかける行為こうい。その他た許可きょかされていない方法ほうほうにより、本ほんサイトを不正ふせい利用りようすること。

(5) 法令ほうれいもしくは公序良俗こうじょりょうぞくに違反いはんする行為こうい、または違反いはんするおそれのある行為こうい

(6) 本ほんサイトを利用りようした営利えいりを目的もくてきとした行為こうい

(7) 政治せいじ・選挙せんきょ活動かつどうに関かかわる行為こうい

(8) 宗教しゅうきょう布教ふきょう、特定とくていの主義しゅぎ・主張しゅちょう、政策せいさくの普及ふきゅうを目的もくてきとする行為こうい

(9) その他た、本ほんサイトの運営うんえいをさまたげる行為こうい

Article 7 Prohibitions
Registrants must not conduct the following acts.

(1) Acts that violate the copyrights, intellectual property rights, or other rights or interests of JGRPG or third parties, or that may violate the foregoing

(2) Acts that infringe on the privacy or portrait rights of JGRPG or third parties

(3) Acts that threaten, unfairly discriminate against, slander, libel, or defame the character or trustworthiness of JGRPG or third parties

(4) Acts that distribute or write harmful computer viruses, burden network capacity, or make unauthorized use of the Site in any unauthorized manner

(5) Acts that contravene or may contravene the law or public order and morals

(6) Acts that are aimed at profit making by using the Site

(7) Acts that are related to political activities or election campaigns

(8) Acts that are aimed at promulgation of religions, spreading of specific principles, assertions or policies

(9) Acts that hinder the operation of the Site

第だい８条じょう　本ほんサイトの内容ないよう変更へんこう、中断ちゅうだんおよび終了しゅうりょう

1. JGRPGは予告よこくなくいつでも本ほんサイトの内容ないようを追加ついかし、縮小しゅくしょうし、または変更へんこうすることができるものとします。

2. JGRPGは、本ほんサイトを運営うんえいするためのシステムの保守ほしゅ、点検てんけん、障害しょうがいの復旧ふっきゅう等とうのため、本ほんサイトを停止ていしすることができるものとします。

3. 本ほんサイトの変更へんこう、停止ていしが生しょうじ、登録者とうろくしゃが本ほんサイトを利用りようすることができなかった場合ばあいであっても、JGRPGは登録者とうろくしゃに対たいし、一切いっさいの責任せきにんを負おわないものとします。

Article 8 Change of Contents, Interruption and Termination of the Site

1. JGRPG may add, reduce or change the contents of the Site at any time without notice.

2. JGRPG may interrupt the Site for maintenance, inspection or disaster recovery of the system for the operation of the Site.

3. JGRPG shall not have any responsibility for registrants even if the registrants were not able to use the Site due to the change or interruption of the Site.

第だい９条じょう　免責めんせき

1. 本ほんサイトの文章ぶんしょうなどのコンテンツには、各国かっこくの法令ほうれいによる規制きせいを受うける内容ないようや、宗教しゅうきょう、文化ぶんか、慣習かんしゅう等とうによる社会しゃかい的てきな許容きょようの範囲はんいを超こえる内容ないようが含ふくまれる場合ばあいがあります。また、JGRPGはコンテンツの正確性せいかくせいの確保かくほに努つとめていますが、サイトに含ふくまれる内容ないように関していかなる保証もするものではありません。本ほんサイトの利用りようによって何なんらかの問題もんだいが発生はっせいした場合ばあいでも、JGRPGは一切いっさいの責任せきにんを負おわず、対処たいしょ、サポート、補償ほしょう等とうを一切いっさい行おこないません。

2. 本ほんサイトの利用者りようしゃ間かん、または利用者りようしゃと第三者だいさんしゃの間あいだで何なんらかのトラブルや問題もんだいが起おきた場合ばあいには当事者とうじしゃの間あいだで解決かいけつしてください。JGRPGは責せきを負おいません。

Article 9 Indemnification

1. The contents such as text on the Site can contain contents that are regulated by the laws and regulations in various countries or that are beyond social tolerability including religions, cultures and customs. JGRPG makes no warranty in relation to the contents on the Site though JGRPG strives to ensure the accuracy of the contents. In the event of any problems resulting from the use of the Site, JGRPG assumes no responsibility whatsoever, or addresses, supports or indemnifies against any problems.

2. In the event that any troubles or problems arise between the users of the Site, or a user on the Site and a third party, the parties involved are requested to solve the troubles or problems among themselves. JGRPG does not assume any responsibility for them.

第だい10条じょう　使用しよう許諾きょだくの範囲はんい

1. JGRPGは本ほんサイトにおいて利用りようできる文章ぶんしょう他ほかのコンテンツについて、登録者とうろくしゃがそのコンテンツを閲覧えつらんするために使用しようする端末たんまつで、コンテンツを使用しようできる権利けんりを登録者とうろくしゃに付与ふよします。登録者とうろくしゃは、そのコンテンツについて本ほん規約きやく、または説明せつめい画面がめんに記載きさいする条件じょうけんに従したがって使用しようすることができます。

2. JGRPGは本ほんサイトのコンテンツについて以下いかの行為こういを認みとめておりません。著作権ちょさくけん法ほうその他たの関係かんけい法令ほうれいにより認みとめられる場合ばあいを除のぞき、これらの行為こういは禁止きんしされます。

(1) レンタル、リース、貸与たいよ、展示てんじ、販売はんばい、譲渡じょうと、再配布さいはいふ、または再さい使用しよう許諾きょだくすること。

(2) 本ほんサイトのコンテンツの使用しようを制限せいげんし、もしくは管理かんりするための技術的ぎじゅつてき保護ほご手段しゅだんもしくは権利けんり管理情報じょうほうを除去じょきょし、回避かいひし、無効化むこうかしまたは改変かいへんすること。

Article 10 Scope of Licensing

1. Concerning the contents such as text available on the Site, JGRPG grants the license to use the contents via the terminals for registrants to view the contents. The registrants can use the contents in accordance with the Terms of Use or conditions described on the explanation screen.

2. JGRPG does not permit the following acts with regard to the contents on the Site. The following acts are prohibited unless otherwise permitted by copyright law or other related laws.

(1) To rent, lease, lend, display, sell, transfer, redistribute or sublicense the contents on the Site

(2) To limit the use of the contents on the Site or remove, evade, disable or modify the technological protection measures or rights management information for managing the use of the contents
